Casa da Ribeirinha is approached across its own little bridge from the road, with a small parking area in front. The main house is a traditional Portuguese country home, which has been converted into a comfortable rustic dwelling, comprising a kitchen/diner/sitting room, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. A second bed or cot can be added to this room. The first floor of the detached stone barn has been converted into an apartment, with an open-plan living/sleeping area with kitchen and bathroom. The garden is a mature and beautiful place, filled with trees and shrubs and pleasant areas to relax. It has a barbecue and shaded outdoor eating area. The house has BBC/ITV television and a Wifi broadband connection.
